Grandmas Favorite Hot Chocolate

Grandma doesn't like coffee. I know it's strange but true. Grandma LOVES hot chocolate! This mix is quick and keeps indefinately in the pantry, and makes a great gift!

Ingredients-

2 cups powdered sugar

1 cup dutch process cocoa powder

2 1/2 cups powdered milk

1 tsp salt

2 tsp cornstarch

pinch of cayenne pepper
